Hi all,

I am interested in setting up a node at my place, which is very close to the Thames Barrier (SE18) and I was wondering if anyone has any testing equipment that can lend me, so I can test if I can connect with anyone before getting my own equipment

PS. Does anyone know if sky minidishes can be used for wi-fi?

A quick Google showed that yes it is possible. and anyway, it is a very
simple idea.   Use the dish to help accent the signal.   Use the
standard tin can idea, and mount it to the end of the arm of the dish.

I don't have any equipment to test with you.   But im in the Berkshire
area, and looking for people to start something with.
